 “d D’ENGINY biorem” is an innovating entrepreneurship project aimed at finding solutions for the soil and groundwater remediation. Our main scope is to recover soil and water resources that are currently in no use because of their degradation, allowing the local users to utilize them again.

Joining a multidisciplinary team of engineers, scientists and economists, we provide site characterization and remediation services including conceptual design, bench-scale testing, and pilot-scale testing through full-scale application. We base our approach on biological processes (bioremediation) that actually degrade and eliminate several kinds of contaminants.

Furthermore, we are continuously looking for new biological solutions that allow us to face mixed, difficult or unique cases of contamination, always adapting them to real and specific conditions (that is, case by case approach). Hence, research is our basic tool. And constant collaboration with leading research and technology institutions a key issue.
